Beaded Paintings & Pet Portraits
Commissions for beaded paintings or pet portraits will be accepted on a first-come first-serve basis. If you are interested in a custom beaded painting, please contact me for an estimate. Once an agreement has been reached, buyer is required to pay 50% of the estimate. Final payment is due when item is complete. Custom pieces can take anywhere from 2-10 weeks to complete depending on size & intricacy of the beadwork. Each piece is created by stitching tiny seed beads to felt 2 or 3 at time using needle & strong nylon thread, then the beadwork is stitched to a painted canvas. Standalone beadwork (which is not stitched to a canvas) can also be created. The progress of your piece may be documented on Instagram or Facebook.

Custom Jewelry & Dog Pins
If you are interested in a custom beaded dog brooch, pendant, or earrings, payment for the full amount must be made in advance. Please note that custom beadwork takes time to create, and will usually ship approx. 2 weeks from purchase date. Orders for oversized or multiple items will take longer. Due to this fine craft, no two pieces of beadwork will be exactly alike. Seed bead colors may vary slightly.

Payment
Payment is accepted by credit card directly through Etsy or via Paypal. If you pay by e-check please understand that it will take 3-5 business days for your payment to clear. For custom order pet pins or jewelry, full payment is required in advance. Payment is required at the time of purchase. Items cannot ship out until payment is received. Once the item is shipped out, tracking information will be provided.
Shipping
All beaded jewelry & small paintings will be shipped via USPS. Large paintings will be shipped via FedEx. International buyers are welcome. Shipments to Mexico must use Priority Mail shipping. For most other countries, USPS First Class International will be used to ship small pieces (under 12" x 12") overseas. Please remember, international buyers are responsible for any and all customs fees upon delivery. The artist cannot be held responsible for any domestic or international shipping delays due to COVID-19 or otherwise.
Return Policy
Returns cannot be accepted on custom orders, personalized items, or commissioned paintings/ portraits. Returns on ready to ship items will always be accepted when requested within 7 days of receipt. Customer will be responsible for any postage fees required to ship the item back. The returned item in question must be in new, unworn condition with all beads intact.
Care Instructions for Beadwork
Beaded paintings on canvas are ready to hang. There is no need for framing although it is recommended. To preserve your piece, keep away from direct sunlight. Clean your piece with a very lightly dampened cloth only if necessary. Do not use any household cleaners, as the chemicals will break down the threads that hold the beads in place.
