I’m starting to get excited about my own beadwork. Little by little, my piece is beginning to look like something! This morning, I finished beading the seven mini-domes on my beaded St. Mark’s Basilica. These onion-shaped domes top the larger domes. In real life, the Basilica has only 5 domes, so why does mine have seven? I guess it’s my way of making my own perception of the Venetian landmark a reality…
