Last night, during President Obama’s Address to the Nation, I finished cutting out 3 large pieces of black felt & stitched them together in an ugly manner. While my beaded M1 Abrams main battle tank may be beautiful, it’s cold, dark shadow will always remind us of the horrors of war…

  2. >What is it about Afghanistan? The British, the Russians and now us. I don't think this is going to turn out well. I keep thinking about volunteering to a veteran's group. My niece's husband is in the Quartermaster Corps, going to Iraq. So he'll hand out beans, not be fighting, but still, I'm scared for him and her.
